PRE-ORDERS

Full payment is taken at the time of pre-order. Expected dispatch date is listed on the product page. If the order combines in stock and pre-order items, the pre-order items will be dispatched separately, at no extra cost. When the delivery has been arranged, you'll receive tracking information from us via email. Once your made-to-order item is secured in your size, we do not take cancellations or refunds until the item is shipped.

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to dispatch. For international orders please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. International orders may be delayed due to customs. Due to international custom laws, international orders may incur additional charges that the buyer is responsible for. During sale/clearance events shipping might take up to one week due to larger volumes of orders.
*For USA customers: the minimum threshold for import tax is 800 USD. Orders valued below that amount will not be subject to customs duty.
The charges vary from country to country and thus exact numbers cannot be provided. Any item(s) that has 3 failed delivery attempts will be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer.

There may sometimes be delays that are outside our control.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer.

FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE

Final Sale/Clearance items are final sale - we do not accept returns and don't issue refunds. The products can be returned for the gift card/store credit to redeem at any time with no expiration date.

RETURNS

Returns are valid within 14 days of receiving the item. Cost of return is covered by the customer. Please notify us at Info@zaffiroworld.com if you wish to return an item(s), we will get back to you with a return shipping address. Please make sure to have a tracking number for your return, just in case the parcel is delayed or lost. The item(s) must be sent back with all original tags attached and in a saleable condition. Items must not be washed, damaged, or used. Please ensure items are packaged appropriately and suitably as refunds will not be issued if the item does not arrive or is damaged on arrival. A refund will only be issued once the item has arrived back to us and has been inspected. The refund will be the amount of the item minus the delivery charge. Please allow 7-14 working days for the returned order to be processed. Once the refund is issued, the notification is sent via website. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchange for different sizes or colour of the same item purchased within 14 days of receiving the item. Please notify us via email at info@zaffiroworld.com when an exchange is requested with the order number, item you wish to exchange and the size or colour you wish to exchange for. A return label for the unwanted item will be sent to you and as soon as we receive the old item the new item will be sent.
